Who is it for?

Whether you want to lose weight for a special occasion, train for an event, focus on rehabilitation or completely transform your lifestyle towards ‘better balanced health for life’, I can help you.

Where will I train?

You don’t have to live in Christchurch to train with me. I offer both online and face to face personal and small group training. 

Face to Face or Small Group Personal Training ....

Face to face or small group personal training is offered at my home based studio in Rolleston or at Pioneer Recreation and Sports Centre at 75 Lyttelton Street, Somerfield, Christchurch. I take individual clients and small groups from two to six.

Online Personal Training ....

Online personal training is designed for remote coaching anywhere in the world and is supported by the Balanced Health App which provides programmes, videos of exercises, habit and progress tracking, ongoing coaching and communication.

How It Works

4 Steps to Become the Best Possible You!

Step 1

Initial Assessment

Understanding what your personal goal is and how I can help you get there involves a discussion on your current health, nutrition, exercise, injury history as well as your level of physical capabilities to ensure a practical and sustainable lifestyle solution.

Step 2

Personalised Programme

A training programme is designed to match your goals, abilities and lifestyle. This can include gym training and at home or away workouts. Programmes are delivered either face to face or online via the Balanced Health App.

Step 3

Support and Accountability

Whether trained face to face or online, you’ll receive updates and adjustments to ensure your programme is progressing. You’ll have 24/7 access to me for questions, support and motivation to keep you on track to achieving your goal.

For online training the Balanced Health App provides functionality for checking exercise technique, adjustments and more. There are accountability tracking forms for progress and support and bi-weekly check-ins (best channel of communication can be discussed). The goal is to customise the programme and support to meet your needs.

Step 4

Customised Nutrition Plan

The final step to becoming the best possible you…….

A customised nutrition plan to complement your training and to fit your lifestyle. Take control of your eating to achieve sustainable results.

The Investment in Your Health

I offer complimentary 20 minute consultations.

  • Personal training ranges from $60 to $100 (30mins, 45mins and 1 hour)
  • Small group training ranges from $80 to $140 (two people through to eight)
  • Programme design only (includes initial consultation) $150

Value packages are offered for Personal and Group Training

Book 10 sessions for either Personal Training or Small Group Training and receive one free

Book 20 sessions for either Personal Training or Small Group Training and receive three free
